Raw Material Management
Our factory is located near the core raw material production areas, facilitating the acquisition of high-quality raw materials. Raw materials undergo two rounds of testing, ensuring double assurance of compliance with quality control standards.
Product Inspection and Warehousing
Finished Product Inspection: For every 10 tons of finished product, 15kg is selected from each size for testing to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
Packaging Inspection: Manual inspection ensures the integrity and appearance of each drum's seal.
Warehousing: Qualified products are stored in designated areas according to quality grades, while non-conforming products are returned for processing.
Other Quality Measures
System Establishment: A comprehensive quality management system, including quality manuals, standardized operating procedures, inspection records, and other documents.
Equipment Maintenance: Weekly equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure good and stable equipment performance.
Manual inspection for impurities such as carbon rods and silicon iron.
